AMEU AURORA-1 is a private suborbital aerospace initiative developed within the AMEUASIA ecosystem framework.

The mission includes the deployment of the BETO-1 symbolic payload capsule during a future suborbital launch operation from the United States as part of a long-term civilian aerospace mission architecture.

AMEU AURORA-1 is intended to represent the foundation for the first Chilean civilian astronaut mission beyond Earth and the beginning of future AMEU orbital initiatives.

BETO-1 is configured as a lightweight ceremonial payload integrating terrestrial material associated with the founder’s geographic origins and the broader Eurasia–Latin America mission architecture of AMEUASIA.

The capsule incorporates soil samples from Rodelillo (Chile) and Garny (Armenia) as part of the mission’s symbolic payload configuration.

AMEU AURORA-1 is designed as the initial phase of a broader long-term aerospace ecosystem integrating symbolic orbital representation, civilian participation frameworks and future private mission development within the AMEU ecosystem.

The designation “BETO-1” derives from Humberto, in tribute to the founder’s grandfather.
